Hello! I probably wouldn't say massive work, but like with everything else you take pride in, it does take time, compliment, and tons of creativity. I would suggest posting a few times a week to grow an audience and gain engagement. I would also suggest in investing in great photos. Whether that would be hiring a photographer, practicing photography yourself, and/or practicing with photo editing.
