Happy July! I hope everyone is doing well!
Today I'm finally sharing all the goodies I use for my meat and cheese boards. This board in particular is perfect for Summer and everything can be found at Trader Joe's.
SHOPPING LIST
-Cheddar Cheese with Caramelized Onions
-Asiago Cheese With Rosemary and Olive Oil
-Goat Cheese
-Spanish Brand Deli Selection
(Includes salchichon, jamon Serrano, and chorizo cantimpalo)
-Calabrese Salame
-Greek Kalamata Olives
-Candied Pecans*
-Raspberries
-Cherries
-Fig Butter
-Water Crackers
(Everything listed can be found at your local grocery store, but I have included the names specific to Trader Joe's. The cheeses and deli selection, in particular, are found only at Trader Joe's.)
CANDIED PECAN RECIPE
2 Cups of Pecans
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
Salt to taste
Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
Layer pecans on a baking dish and bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
